In rare cases, based on the Federal Law on the Financing of Terrorism and Money Laundering, ZENITH TRADE may require additional verification of your profile, your social security number, and, in case of any discrepancy, your income earned with a direct participation of ZENITH TRADE will be taxed.
A corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity may be required to provide other data, such as its principal place of business, the local office, the employer identification number, certified constituent documents, a business license issued by the government, the partnership or trust agreement, and the list of all individuals and legal entities directly or indirectly owning 25 percent or more in such legal entities.
You agree not to modify, spoil, violate, disconnect, overload, deteriorate, modify, or interfere with the use, functions, operation, security, or maintenance of the Website or rights or the Website use and enjoyment by any other person or entity in any way.
